Who Handles Your Order

Every alcohol purchase made through this website is processed and fulfilled entirely by licensed, independent third-party retailers operating within the LiquidBridges network. The checkout experience you see here exists purely as a convenience — a way to make your shopping experience smoother and more seamless.

To be completely clear: the brand behind this website does not sell alcohol, does not offer alcohol for sale, and does not solicit the sale of alcohol in any way. What the brand does provide is an embedded checkout button (delivered through an iFrame) that connects you directly with a licensed retailer's purchasing system. Think of this site as a place where you can learn about the product — read about what's in the bottle, see what it costs, and get all the details you need to make an informed decision.

When you decide to buy, the actual offer to sell comes from the retailer, not the brand. Your payment goes straight to that retailer, and they take it from there — packing your order and getting it to your door. This setup is designed to stay well within legal boundaries. It's not meant to create any improper incentive arrangements between manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, or suppliers and any retail alcohol licensee, nor is it intended to enable any exclusionary business practices among licensees.

Depending on where you live, this service may be limited or entirely unavailable due to local laws, state regulations, or other restrictions beyond our control.

Shipping Details

Most orders ship through UPS to states where alcohol delivery is legally permitted. That said, a different carrier might handle your package depending on where you're located, which retailer fulfills your order, or what carrier agreements are in place. The bottom line is your order gets to you through whichever route makes the most sense logistically and legally.

A few important things to know:

  • Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery. No signature, no package

    — that's a legal requirement, not a suggestion.

  • Alcohol cannot be sold or shipped to anyone under the age of 21. Period.

Shipping Address Requirements

Your order can only be sent to a valid physical street address. Unfortunately, our licensed retail partners and their shipping carriers do not support deliveries to P.O. Boxes, mailbox services, or similar non-physical addresses. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, it may be canceled, and the customer could be responsible for any return shipping or restocking fees that result.

Your package will go to whatever shipping address you entered during checkout. If you realize after the fact that you made a typo or need to change the destination, we can try — but once the carrier has the package in their hands, there's no guarantee a change can be made. You're responsible for making sure your address is accurate and complete. If something goes sideways because of a wrong address — whether that means a failed delivery, a rerouting charge, or a lost package — those costs fall on you.

Age Requirement

This one's non-negotiable. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol through any retailer on LiquidBridges. When your order arrives, the delivery driver may ask for a valid, government-issued photo ID. If age can't be confirmed at the door, the delivery will be refused — no exceptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link at checkout or via email. You can follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website using that link. If anything seems off — a delay, a status that doesn't make sense, or a delivery issue — reach out to the fulfillment retailer directly. They're the ones with eyes on your order and the ability to step in and help.

A Note on Express Shipping

If you opt for express delivery, your order will follow the delivery timelines set by whichever carrier is handling the shipment. Our retail partners do prioritize express orders, but here's the reality: your order might not ship the same day you place it. There's a processing window on the retailer's end that can take up to three (3) business days before your package is actually handed off to the carrier. Once it's in the carrier's system, their express delivery timeline kicks in.

So if speed matters, plan accordingly and factor in that short processing period before the clock starts ticking on transit time.
